I am really happy the way nhs looked after us especially in our case where baby got stuck and had broken arm. They handled it very well. Feel safe under their supervision.

The care that my daughter has received at St Peters NICU has been nothing short of exceptional. The care is very family centred and as parents we feel fully informed at all times. It’s good to be able to visit during ward round and to ask questions to fully understand the plan. The nursing staff are incredibly warm, kind and knowledgeable and really make what is a very tough journey so much better. They are all so competent and I feel very comfortable that my daughter is really well cared for at all times. We have travelled to a few hospitals for various procedures and so can compare the different NICUs and St Peters is by far the best in terms of their family centred approach, approachability, fantastic team and dedication to the developmental needs of a child as well as their medical needs. We are always delighted to be returning, although hope one day to be going home!

Due to coronavirus I was offered a virtual appointment and I wasn't sure what to expect, but my physiotherapist was very professional, informative and I received a much better service than I would have thought given the circumstances. I feel confident my ankle pain will start to improve with the exercises and advice I was given and feel that my assessment and treatment was not limited or restricted in any way due to being a virtual appointment. It was very thorough, well done to the physiotherapy department for making things work in trialling times

I have attend Dr Tiago Teodoro's clinic for nearly a year and I say, without hesitation, his practice is exemplary, encompassing everything from informed consent to clinical expertise. But Dr Teodoro goes above and beyond expectation. His practice is truly collaborative in respect of individualising care to meet individual needs and adapting his care plans to meet the changing needs of his patients. Most doctors are fundamentally 'good doctors'. Dr Teodoro's moves beyond 'good' to truly exceptional. I must also commend the staff on the team who are kind, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful.
